Shipping

Local pickup is available from our Coffs Harbour warehouse. Our address is Shop 1, 1A Cook Drive, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450. We are open  Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday 9am-4pm, and Sat 9am-3pm.

All goods are shipped with Australia Post Parcel service, or courier service, from Tuesday to Friday, except Public Holidays.

We aim to give you the best possible price for shipping.

Most goods are shipped within 24 hours of you placing the order. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to get it on its way as soon as possible.

All items have tracking. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, the item may be left if safe, or a card will be left for you to collect it from your local Australia Post office.

• We check all our goods before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged before we sell them. They are very well packed, especially glass and mirror items. But occasionally breakages happen along the way.  We guarantee all items to arrive safely.

We do not ship outside Australia.

We are proud to say that all items are shipped using recycled cartons and packing materials as much as possible, to limit our environmental impact. We source all packing materials locally to stop them going to landfill.
